When Prince Harry proposed to Meghan Markle it was a low-key and intimate moment in their Nottingham Cottage home. However, when it comes to their upcoming royal wedding, the couple is doing the complete opposite.

Sources reveal exclusively to Life & Style that Harry, 33, and Meghan, 36, are sparing no expense when it comes to their walk down the aisle — and it will cost at least $30 million. “Harry and Meghan aren’t holding back on anything,” says an insider. “It will be a day of glitz and glamour!”

When his older brother Prince William tied the knot with Kate Middleton in 2011, the royal family spent $34 million, and while Harry and Meghan’s wedding will be much smaller — they are still inviting close to 700 people to their nuptials at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. Luckily for us, it will be televised!

A large chunk of the expenses will be on security, with the insider revealing it will cost the couple a whopping $25 million. Plus they are spending $2 million just on private planes to fly guests to the UK. Those expected to attend include Meghan’s BFFs Serena Williams and possible maid of honor Priyanka Chopra, while Harry’s friends include David and Victoria Beckham and Elton John.

Shortly after their engagement, it was announced that the wedding would take place in May, with Harry and Meghan making sure not to overshadow Kate, who is expected to welcome baby No. 3 in April. As for Harry, he can’t wait to make the now-retired actress his wife.

“I fell in love with Meghan so incredibly quickly — it was a confirmation to me that all the stars were aligned,” Harry said. “This beautiful woman literally tripped and fell into my life. I fell into her life and the fact that she will be unbelievably good at the job part of it as well is obviously a huge relief to me because she’ll be able to deal with everything else that comes with it.”
