Prince William will give his first TV interview since becoming a dad to Prince George about one of his favorite topics - Africa, and his work to protect endangered animals there.

CNN will air a special devoted to the interview entitled Prince William's Passion: New Father, New Hope. The interview was conducted by Max Foster and will air on the news channel on August 19 and 8 PM. Although William will mostly talk about his family's charitable work in Africa and his hope to save endangered animals, we're sure that a question or two about adorable newborn Prince George will undoubtedly come up.

William's wife Kate Middleton is also getting back to her royal duties. On September 12, William and Kate will both appear at an event honoring one of William's conservation charities. The new parents have visited Africa several times and even got engaged there on a nature preserve in Kenya.

Environmental activism isn't the only way that William, who is second in line to the British throne after his dad Prince Charles, is becoming a more modern royal. Unlike other future kings and queens, Kate and William declined to have a nanny, and William has been pitching in on diaper duty. William has also said that he hopes his kids keep up his charity work.
