Known for her relatively dramatic roles on television and in movies - not to mention her killer sense of style - Rachel Bilson is now eager to show her funny side.

Currently starring in the dry-wit-filled video campaign for luxury ice cream brand Magnum, the 29-year-old former OC star recently finished working on the female driven comedy BFF & Baby with Kate Bosworth and Krysten Ritter.
And for Bilson, it wasn't just another job.
"I think it's so important for women to showcase their comedic abilities," she tells Life & Style. "In comedy, men have gone above women a little--with the Adam Sandlers, Will Ferrells and Steve Carells of the world. But now, we have people like Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Anna Faris who people are really taking to."
And what about that age-old question of comedy in Hollywood: Can you be pretty and funny?
"Anna Faris is a perfect example of that. I think there's are a lot of girls that are aesthetically pleasing and funny as well. It's great to have these platforms for them," Bilson tells us, adding she's excited to see the upcoming movie Bridesmaids, which stars Kristen Wiig and Maya Rudolph.
And in case you needed proof Bilson is both gorgeous and funny, when we we asked her who Oprah Winfrey should have as a guest for her last show, this is what she said: Verne Troyer.
Now, that's funny.
