According to a new report, the 28-year-old has shed a whopping 40 pounds over the last few weeks thanks to a strict diet and intense exercise regimen enforced by his new girlfriend.

TMZ alleges that the former KUWTK star has cut out carbs and red meat completely and has been working out five times a week after gaining more than 100 pounds since 2013.
Blac, 27, has reportedly been by her beau's side every step of the way, proving to be a good influence for the entrepreneur two months after he was hospitalized and diagnosed with diabetes.
