For someone who tried to make it sound like he’d moved on during Bachelor in Paradise, Robby Hayes seems a little too excited about his ex-girlfriend Amanda Stanton‘s recent arrest. He took to Instagram to throw a little shade… at least, that’s what fans think he’s doing.

Robby went to the comments section of a post about the arrest, and simply tagged himself. He didn’t say anything else, but it let fans know that he was aware of the situation, and many of them took it as a diss toward his ex. “Omg he tagged himself in this post lol such savagery,” said one follower. Another wrote, “so petty! this is too good!”

Robby isn’t the only of Amanda’s exes that’s coming out of the woodwork in the aftermath of her arrest. Her ex-fiance Josh Murray also threw his two cents in. When a fan on Twitter wrote, “??? somewhere @JoshAllanMurray is dying,” he quickly responded, “Not at all, sad actually and concerned for the little ones like I’ve always been, not worried about all my scars. I hope she’ll get better for them, she can do it ??.”

Although, according to Amanda’s official statement, there’s not much to “get better” from. She claims this is a one-time thing, and a big misunderstanding. “That evening she had a few drinks at a bachelorette party and when hotel security asked her and Bobby to quiet down, she got a bit rambunctious,” said her rep. “Amanda gave Bobby what she thought was a playful shove; hotel security did their job and reported the incident to the police, who in turn did their job. Despite Bobby explaining this was not an ill-intended shove, the police still had to do their job which Amanda completely respects and understands.”
