There won't be any more blurred lines when it comes to their custody arrangement! Robin Thicke and his ex-wife Paula Patton have come to an agreement in their long, drawn-out custody battle over their seven-year-old son Julian.
Robin and Paula will share custody, TMZ reported. Julian will spend Mondays through Wednesdays with his father and he will be with his mother from Wednesdays through Sundays. They will alternate weekends and they've also agreed on a holiday and vacation schedule, and they agreed to split expenses like private school tuition.
"The parties are ordered to share in all major decisions concerning the minor child's health, education and welfare are including, but without limitation, schooling, religion, medical care and enrichment activities," read the court documents, obtained by E! News.
Paula filed for divorce from Robin back in 2014 after eight years of marriage — but their split has been less than amicable. The Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol actress was granted a restraining order against the pop star after she alleged that Robin had an alcohol and drug addiction, accused him of cheating on her throughout their marriage, and claimed that he had been emotionally and physically abusive towards her. Robin was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Paula.
Back in February, cops were called on Robin after he allegedly violated his restraining order during a drop-off, TMZ reported at the time. Paula had arrived at a pre-determined location so that she could hand off Julian to a court-appointed monitor who would then give Julian to his father for their scheduled visit. Robin was there at the drop-off location, which violated the restraining order.
But it seems like Robin and his ex-wife have come to a peaceful agreement and the timing couldn't be any more perfect — earlier this week, Robin's 22-year-old girlfriend April Love Geary announced that she's pregnant with their first child together, so Julian will be able to spend time with his future sibling.
