“Human Ken Doll” or “Human Barbie Doll?” Rodrigo Alves (better known by his nickname) is famous for spending over $500,000 in order to look like a doll. The man might not be made out of paint and plastic, but does that mean he can’t look like he is? After years of plastic surgery operations, you might think he was done going under the knife… but, you’d be wrong. He recently admitted that he has plans to alter his appearance even more.

Only this time he’s looking toward the future. Would he rather be an aging man or an aging woman? He has more plans for his body and we have to admit we were shocked to hear them. Watch the video below to find out what he wants to get done next!

Um, we definitely didn’t see this coming. Caitlyn Jenner transitioned because she admitted to identifying as a woman her entire life. But, does Rodrigo feel the same way? Or is this just for cosmetic purposes? He’s already had trouble traveling because his face looks so different from his passport photo — we can’t imagine how difficult it will be to jet-set around the world as a woman.

He was recently detained in a Dubai airport because the electronic facial recognition services at customs couldn’t recognize him. “I travel a lot and often I’m questioned about my identity by immigration officers in many countries — when I land at London City Airport which is a smaller airport where the immigration officers all know me,” he told Daily Mail. “I didn’t question what was going on because I have had the same situation when landing in NYC at JFK when I was questioned for one hour then once I told the immigration officer to look me up they all were very apologetic just saying that they were doing their job.”

He definitely has changed a lot since he started getting surgeries. We wonder what he (or should we say she?) will look like when he’s done going under the knife. Whether he comes out looking like a man or a woman we know one thing: he’ll look very doll-like.
