‘Total Divas’ Stars Throw Shade at Ronda Rousey After She Made Her WWE Debut
Is Ronda Rousey joining Total Divas? That's what fans are wondering after the former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion made her presence known this past weekend during the WWE's Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Since some of the most popular wrestlers from the WWE's women's division go on to star on the hit E! reality TV series, it seems inevitable that she'll eventually join the cast — but some of the current cast members from Season 7 aren't exactly thrilled.
The WWE shared a three-minute interview video with Ronda after the even on Twitter and Total Divas star Nikki Bella shared the tweet while serving up a little bit of shade, too. "Wonder what all the 30 other women [sic] candid thoughts were too?" Nikki wrote on Twitter, suggesting that the WWE should have interviewed some of the wrestlers who actually performed in the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble match instead of Ronda.

Nikki's Total Divas co-star Nia Jax wasn't so subtle with her shade. "Cool [Ronda's] here…I guess 30 women making history can just be forgotten," she tweeted.

Despite all of the tension between Ronda and her fellow wrestlers, some fans are hoping that Ronda's new contract with the WWE will also include a spot on Season 8 of Total Divas. Keep scrolling below to find out what fans can expect to see from Ronda's storyline if she joins the cast!

Ronda is a newlywed, and she tied the knot with fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne in a laid-back ceremony in Hawaii last August. The couple keeps their relationship private, for the most part, so fans will get to see another side of the MMA fighter as a wife and a stepmom if she opens up her life to the E! cameras.

Even though Ronda is trained in MMA, pro wrestling is a completely different beast so she'll have to learn the ropes. If cameras capture her journey to the ring, her storyline would be similar to former Total Divas star Eva Marie and current cast member Lana, who also documented their training sessions.

Ronda and Travis are pet parents to a super cute puppy named Chunk Browne, and it looks like she's raising him to like wrestling too! She recently shared a precious photo of Chunk cuddling up to a plush Hulk Hogan toy.
