After giving birth four times in less than six years, Pregnant in Heels star Rosie Pope has become an expert at maternity weight loss.
“I’ve perfected a system for losing baby weight fast,” Rosie exclusively tells Life & Style in the new issue on stands now. “I’ve gained 40 pounds with each and losing it has become much more efficient.”

So how does she do it? By eating a diet of lean proteins, superfoods and lots of veggies — which helped her lose all 40 pounds in 10 weeks after the births of her last three kids!
“I was eating so-called low-cal foods that weren’t really healthy,” she explains to Life & Style. “Now I have clean, reasonably-sized portions and weigh myself to monitor my progress.”

Her everyday musts include: four fiber-packed apples, several cups of a diuretic fennel tea, along with an energizing chia seed and grapefruit drink that’s like “rocket fuel,” she raves. On her avoid list: carbs after lunchtime, sauces, oils and added sugar.
