<p><span></span><strong>Cassie McWilliams</strong>, 24, currently starring on VH1's <em>Saddle Ranch</em>, tells <em>Life & Style</em> how she dropped 30 pounds to fulfill her dreams of becoming a professional dancer in LA. </p>
"My trainer held me accountable and was super blunt," Cassie tells Life & Style about her diet-and-fitness overhaul. "If I didn't weigh in at what he wanted, he would put me through fitness hell!"
Her LA-tailored plan? "Lots of cardio -- 4 to 6 miles a day! I also ate differently. My new diet included a lot of small meals consisting mostly of protein and fruit throughout the day. As for carbs, I allow myself whole wheat only," Cassie says.
But Cassie explains that she owes much of her success to guzzling gallons of water -- and limiting her sugar intake. "Cutting out soda was huge. If I craved something sweet, it would be a fun-size, one only!"
And Cassie's hard work paid off. Once she shed the weight, the Saddle Ranch star dyed her 'do from mousy brown to platinum blond to make her Los Angeles transformation complete!
