Sorry, Sam Smith fans. The singer has encountered a few problems down under!
The 22-year-old was forced to cancel his current tour of Australia after suffering a small hemorrhage on his vocal cords. The Brit expressed how "deeply, deeply saddened" he was by the news.

"I have been vocally exhausted for a while now," Sam said in a statement issued by Frontier Touring. "The doctors have told me I need to fully rest until my vocal cords have healed, otherwise this could become a huge long-term issue."

Frontier Touring explained that all ticket holders would be refunded and have first dibs of the rescheduled shows, set for December 2015.
The news comes just a day after Sam revealed a new tattoo of an anchor, a tribute to his fans whom he refers to as his "little sailors."
