Sam Smith is looking svelte!
The Grammy award winner claims he has lost a whopping 14 pounds in just two weeks thanks to a book that "has completely transformed my relationship with food."
The singer happily posed with the book written by nutritionist, Amelia Freer, entitled 'Eat. Nourish. Grow.'

"Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks," he captioned the pic.

"It's not even about weight loss it's about feeling happy in yourself," he added. "Love you Amelia and thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out @ameliafreer #eatnourishglow."
