Scarlett Johansson is set to return to Broadway in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Come December, the 27-year-old will play the iconic role of Maggie the Cat -- and she couldn't be more excited.
"I'm so thrilled to return to Broadway and feel incredibly fortunate to be doing so with Rob Ashford and such gifted the actors," Scarlett said.
This will mark her first stage appearance since she played Catherine in Arthur Miller's A View From a Bridge, which also starred Liev Schreiber. She won a Tony in 2010 for her performance.
"Being welcomed into this community has been an absolutely dream come true for me," she said after winning the coveted award. "Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be on Broadway, and here I am. Unbelievable."
