Never say never — at least that Sean and Catherine Lowe‘s motto when it comes to returning to reality TV! In an exclusive interview with Life & Style, The Bachelor alums admitted they are not opposed to returning to the small screen.

“We always say it’s never a closed door but we have to definitely be more discerning,” Catherine explained while hosting a Bertolli Tuscan Dinner Party, which according to a press release, was thrown to “celebrate National Italian Heritage Month and the launch of the new Rustic Cut Pasta Sauces.”

Sean chimed in with, “We’ve done some terrible stuff. On the other hand, we’ve done a lot of fun stuff — like Worst Cooks in America was fun. Family Feud was awesome. All the light-hearted fun stuff, it’s fun and we never thought five or six years ago when we were just living our normal lives that we’d have the opportunity to do stuff like that. We’re never going to say never, but I can say we’ll never do a show like Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars again.”

In the meantime, the happy couple is gearing up to watch their pal Arie Luyendyk Jr. try and find love on the upcoming season of The Bachelor. “I think [fans will] be reminded really quickly of why Arie was so great the first time around and why people liked him,” Sean explained. “He was real popular, he’s just a really likable guy, and all the guys in the house liked Arie, which I think says something about him. He’s easy to get along with. I think the women will like him and the people watching at home will like him.”

The mother-of-one was over the moon to partner up with Bertoli on this new project. She told Life & Style, “We did the partnership with Bertoli because I have some Italian roots and October is Italian Heritage Month. [Our son] Samuel’s name came from my dad’s grandfather who was from the Italian part of Switzerland, so that’s kind of how we came to be partners with Bertoli.”
