Kim Kardashian's making the baby bump the hottest accessory ever.

On the cover for the April issue of Cosmpolitan, the pregnant reality star looks gorgeous in a belly baring top. In the new issue, the 32-year-old gets candid about her pregnancy, if she'll marry beau Kanye West and why she waited to have kids.

"I've always said that I wanted kids, but I don't think I ever would have been ready until now," she says in the issue, out on stands March 5.

Though Kim began dating Kanye, 35, in April 2012, she's known him for many years. So why did it take them so long for them to establish a romantic relationship?

"Sometimes you're just not ready," she explains. "A person could have it all, and you're not ready for it all. But this is where I probably always should have been...[marriage] is something I know that we both want in our future, but I don't have this sense of urgency about it. I have this best friend who understands me and helps  me through all my tough experiences, and vice versa, you know? It just feels like this is it for me."

She continues, "I used to think, well, can you really have it all? The truth, the excitement, and the passion? Now I know you can."

Perhaps sister Kourtney Kardashian's life inspired Kim.

"I was like, 'You're not married! How could you do this?' I was really firm and strict," she said about Kourt, who has two kids with boyfriend Scott Disick, admitting she used to criticize her sister. "But she was like, 'Marriage isn't what I want.' And later, I realized she had a better family life than I did."

Kim is currently in the middle of trying to divorce estranged husband, Kris Humphries, who's suing her for fraud. It hasn't been the easiest time for the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami star, who says she's learned from rushing into marriage too fast.

"I saw fast marriages like Khloé [Kardashian] and Lamar [Odom]'s and that was what seemed to work. [Now] I say give it a good six months before you commit. Feelings change, even if it seems so lustful," Kim, who's due to give birth in July, shares.

Kim got engaged to Kris in May 2011 after dating six months. They married that August and split 72 days later.
