Following the movie's success, he retired from acting. He claims that stemmed from being bullied by his classmates and his intense schedule. "My entire school life was really a living hell — and I had to do up to 60 interviews a day," he said in a 2012 interview, adding he resents the movie and destroyed all of his 'Star Wars' memorabilia. These days, the 25-year-old continues to make appearances at sci-fi and comic book festivals.
