Never say never! Especially when it comes to Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber rekindling their relationship. After Selena’s short-lived romance with The Weeknd, rumors are swirling that 25-year-old Selena’s kidney transplant was the catalyst in her getting back together with Justin, 23. Amidst the reunion rumors, screenshots of the possible-couple FaceTiming each other have been making the rounds on the Internet, prompting everyone to wonder: Are they real or what?

Justin and Selena were spotted together as recently as November 4 at a church event, the 2017 Hillsong Conference. They were also seen on “a romantic bike ride” earlier in the month, getting food at Joi Cafe and driving back to Selena’s house together after the meal.

But one thing the pop stars haven’t been doing is FaceTiming. Or at least, if they have, we don’t have any photographic proof. In other words, those FT screenshots are 100% fake.

A YouTube account called Tu Fan used grainy iPhone footage from both Selena and Justin and inserted the videos into a template to make it look like they were video-calling each other. In the video of Selena, she’s in the car, singing Taylor Swift‘s new song “Gorgeous” to the camera. In Justin’s video, he’s seen laying down, holding the phone just above his face, and his audio is muted.

Justin and Selena have been taking things slowly this time around. When TMZ confronted the Biebs about his breakfast date with his ex, Justin denied he’d even been there (despite the photographic evidence). “No way! It wasn’t me though,” he said.

An insider told Us Weekly that JB is doing everything he can to make this relationship work this time around. “Justin really wants to get back with Selena,” the source said. “He has been texting her nonstop and hangs out with her whenever he can.”
