Kim Kardashian and Miley Cyrus are hands down two of the most popular celebrities this year, but they didn't land on Facebook's top 10 most talked about in America list!
The results are in and it seems users posted more about topics such as the Super Bowel, government shutdown and Boston marathon than the two starlets.
The list looks "at the most mentioned people and events of 2013, which points to some of the most popular topics around the U.S." Here's the top 10 list below:

So where did North West's mama and the twerking queen place? In 12th and 13th place, respectively. The NBA Finals beat them for spot 11.
Miley did, however, nab the seventh spot in the most talked about topics around the world. The list is as follows:

2013 has been a pretty big year for both Miley and Kim. After grinding upon Robin Thicke during the MTV VMAs in August, the 21-year-old songstress became an even bigger household name. As for Kim, she gave birth to a daughter and got engaged to her baby daddy, Kanye West, on her 33rd birthday in October.
