Most actresses have no problem ranting and raving about their workout regimes — but not Jennifer Lawrence.
In a new interview in Glamour’s April issue, the Silver Linings Playbook star gets candid about her body — and gives everyone another reason to love her.

“I hate saying: ‘I like exercising’ – I want to punch people who say that,” the 22-year-old Oscar winner shares. “But it’s nice being in shape for a movie, because they basically do it all for you. It’s like, ‘Here’s your trainer. This is what you can eat.’”
Just to prove furthermore why she’s awesome, she explains, “I don’t diet. I do exercise! But I don’t diet. You can’t work when you’re hungry, you know?”
The beauty has always been very open about body issues and setting a good example to her young fans. “I think it’s really important for girls to have people to look up to, and feel good about themselves,” the Hunger Games star said last year. “I don’t want girls to think: ‘I want to look like Katniss, so I’ll skip dinner.’”

In the new Glamour interview, Jennifer also gets real on the subject of Hollywood.
“The people who used to ignore me at parties, now they’re nice to me and kissing my a--,” the down-to-earth starlet says.
Faced with a task she calls “daunting,” she’s uncertain if she’s going to love everything that comes along with fame.
She explains, “I feel like I got a ticket to another planet and I’m moving there and there’s no turning back, and I don’t know if I’m going to like that other planet or have friends there.”
Jen is currently in Hawaii to complete re-shoots for the Games’ sequel, Catching Fire. Once she gets back, she’ll be shooting a new drama with her Silver Linings Playbook co-star Bradley Cooper and director David O. Russell.
But all she really wants is some time off.
“I want to sit on my couch and drink and not change my pants for days at a time,” she recently told E! News. “Don’t ask me about my schedule because I’m sinking into a bit of depression.”
