Hey, when you've got it, flaunt it -- and Jessica Simpson is a firm believer in that statement.
Just hours after parading around her svelte body in a gorgeous strapless dress at the Annual White House Correspondents' Association Dinner Saturday, the blonde bombshell slipped on a tiny little black dress with a large slit up the leg.
Taking to Instagram, the proud mother-of-two uploaded a photo joking around with two friends. "After the prez it's the after party #whcd," she captioned the funny selfie.

Even though many stars attended the Annual White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, there was one who stole the spotlight—Jessica Simpson and her new slim figure.
As the 33-year-old singer walked the red carpet, she beamed the entire way—smiling every step as she showed off the floral Carolina Herrera gown she was wearing and her thin toned arms. It also helped that Neil Lane gave her an extra boost of confidence with a matching earring and bracelet set.
Simpson attended the event – held Saturday night at the Washington Hilton in DC – with her fiancé Eric Johnson, who posed with her for only a couple of photos and let her steal the spotlight.

Afterwards, the couple attended the Bloomberg & Vanity Fair cocktail reception at the fancy Italian restaurant Villa Firenze. For that, Jessica opted for a black dress with a plunging neckline – almost causing her to have a wardrobe malfunction!
Back in May 2012, Jessica gave birth to her first child, daughter Maxwell, and shed 50 pounds afterwards. However, she got pregnant again five months later and gave birth to her son, Ace, in May 2013.

Since then the fashion designer has been working with Weight Watchers to reach her goal weight – which she announced she reached the beginning of March on Instagram.
"I really do feel this need to be the best role model for my children," she said in a past Good Morning America interview about staying fit. "I want [Maxwell] to look up to me and want to be like me...I don't want to give her any false perception of what is real and what's important."
Earlier in the day on Saturday, Jessica stunned on-lookers as she arrived in Washington, DC, with her beau wearing black short shorts that showed off her toned legs.
