Jionni LaValle Denies Rumors He Split From Snooki, But JWoww’s Hubby Serves up Some Shade
After rumors surfaced that Jersey Shore star Snooki and her husband Jionni LaValle had separated, the father-of-two responded with a denial on Instagram. But not everyone’s convinced all is well between the TV personalities — namely, JWoww‘s husband, Roger Mathews.
On Tuesday, Jan. 9, Jionni wrote, “Hey guys, I’m going to visit this subject one time and one time only so……. My wife is filming a scene packing up and leaving for her new show and I AM CHOOSING TO NOT be on TV because I simply DO NOT like it. Nicole and I are doing great and became even stronger together while raising our beautiful kids. HOWEVER you will not see me on her reality show. Being a reality star was never something I wanted to be when I grew up. I own my own business and work hard at it, that’s what I do. My wife is a reality star and works hard at that, that’s what she does. We ARE not divorced. For the HATERS I hope this message finds you and confuses you even more about life and for the FANS of my wife and her show… I got your back!!! God Bless Yas!”
Underneath Jionni’s note, Roger — who’s been married to Snooki’s BFF JWoww since 2015 — at first seemed supportive, but things quickly turned shady. “Just saw this. Bravo sir. Much respect for your decision. Shutting down the fake news business before it even starts,” he commented. “No need to explain to me. I’ve walked the trenches of reality TV right beside you pal.”
But then he added, “The real reality is one of seven years together, a marriage, two kids and a partridge in a pear tree. Beat em at their own game. Much respect to you and Sammy.” When one fan replied, “Sammy? You mean Nicole lol,” Roger responded, “Nope. I meant Sammy.”
Who is Sammy?!? Could it be a girl Jionni is cheating with? After all, the 30-year-old DID get called out during the Ashley Madison scandal in 2015 for allegedly having an account with the dating site, which caters to individuals looking to have an affair.
Some fans also assumed Roger was referring to fellow Jersey Shore star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola, though she spells her first name with an “i” instead of a “y.” Whatever’s going on behind the scenes, we do find it odd that Jionni won’t be appearing on the MTV reboot, which is titled, Jersey Shore Family Vacation. It is centered around family, after all…
