When we think Starbucks, we don't necessarily think "dress code" given all the baristas wear the exact same thing: black shirt and dark green apron.
But alas, there is a dress code — and boy is it strict!
First, a sliver of good news: employees of the Seattle-based company are now allowed to sport tattoos.
We're assuming that in the past this meant baristas weren't supposed to show any ink, but congrats to all those with body art. You don't have to cover up anymore!
But hold your horses — don't start getting too comfortable with your individuality. Those wishing to work for the retailer are still not allowed to dye their hair any "bright and unnatural colors" and must refrain from wearing engagement rings!

That's right, any ring with a stone is forbidden, as are watches, bracelets and wristbands. The coffee company claims these bans are being enforced to meet "federal food safety guidelines," but we're not convinced something else isn't going on over at headquarters!
At least we can still look forward to Starbucks delivery in 2015!
