All is not well in the land of Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell’s romance.

The duo — who ended up together after Juanny Pabs decided to tell the nurse he only liked her a lot (cool.) instead of proposing on last season’s The Bachelor — are reportedly set to join the cast of VH1’s Couples Therapy for its fifth season on Sept. 10.

The network has yet to comment on the report, but did reveal in a press release that one mystery couple will join porn star Jenna Jameson and John Wood, Big Brother’s Dick “Evil Dick” Donato and Stephanie Rogness-Fischer, Jersey Shore alum Deena Cortese and Chris Buckner, and Naughty by Nature’s Anthony “Treach” Criss and Cicely Evans.

“It’s true, they’re doing it. The reason it wasn’t put in the press release is due to Juan Pablo's deal with ABC. It's not up until August, so, contractually, it can't be mentioned until then," a source says.

It’s not the first time the controversial reality TV couple have sought out therapy.

Back in March, they were spotted with counseling duo Jim and Elizabeth Carroll from WeTV’s Marriage Boot Camp.

“They both want to be famous,” a show insider said. “That’s the one thing they have in common: They love the spotlight.”

E! News’ source confirmed Reality Steve’s initial report.
