In 1990, John and Cynthia Abendshien opened up their house to the cast and crew of Home Alone. Little did they know their gorgeous Winnetka, Ill., pad would become one of the most famous movie homes we've all come to love!
The duo ended up selling the four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate — which is just outside Chicago — for nearly $1.6 million in 2012.
Over the years, the house has changed dramatically and looks nothing like it did in its film debut! In fact, you won't even recognize most of the rooms where Kevin McCallister ran amok and outsmarted a couple of burglars. And, ya know, woofed when he saw that picture of Buzz's girlfriend.
Scroll through to take a trip down memory lane and see what the stunning 'Home Alone' digs look like now!
