Sing It, GirlJennifer didn't just sing the song once! Because the Inaugural Ball was divided into two different sections, the American Idol alum sang the same song twice — once in each section. JHud looked incredible in her long back gown and sounded flawless. Before the ball, she also sang the song at the Commander-in-Chief Ball for military families...so all in all, Jennifer sang it three times in one night!
Star PerformersBefore the Obamas took the stage, country crooner Brad Paisley, indie band fun., songstresses Alicia Keys and Katy Perry sang for the crowd. While Brad, fun. and Alicia sang on one floor of the Inaugural Ball, the "Firework" singer entertained on the other.
Mayer...and Mayor?"Katy's beau, John Mayer, was spotted walking around by himself most of the time," an eyewitness tells Life & Style. "He was playing the role of supportive boyfriend and talking to political types while Katy got ready to perform. At one point, he was talking to the mayor of DC and some guy yelled, 'Hey, look! It's Mayer and Mayor!'"

Welcome to the After Party!"The party started after midnight," a lucky attendee tells Life & Style. "A very pregnant Malin Ackerman was seen chatting up White House staffers and friends wearing a blue sequin dress that hugged her belly tight. She looked super pregnant, but had a ton of energy and was night tired at all."
And she wasn't the only celeb enjoying the event! The guest also says they saw actresses Sophia Bush and Kate Walsh making their way in around 1 a.m.
