Of all the stars at last night's Golden Globes, Kate Hudson was by far our biggest girl crush!
Why, you may ask? Because the mother-of-two's body is one of the best we've ever seen, and she's got the fashion sense to show it off!
So how does the 35-year-old stay award-show ready? Workouts that last only 20 minutes (yes, really).

"I'm a big believer in doing 20 minutes of exercise a day. I love skipping with a rope because it's one of the hardest cardio exercises you can do, but it's so easy. I do three sets of three minutes; I'm always shocked at how sweaty I get," the blonde beauty told 'The Sunday Times Style' magazine.
And it's certainly paid off, given Kate received a TON of attention for her jaw-dropping Versace gown with a plunging neckline and cut away sides.

The 'Wish I Was Here' star is also a fan of Pilates, with her trainer, Nicole Stuart, previously telling 'Shape' magazine that Kate typically does a class three times a week, preceded by a mile run.
We're getting tired just thinking about it — but 20 minutes of exercise is definitely more our speed!
