If you've ever seen an episode of This is Us, then you already know why the new family drama has got everyone talking. With its talented cast — which includes Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia — and heartbreaking plot-twists that can make the world ugly-cry, it's hard to not grow obsessed with the NBC drama.
However, as much as we relate to Kate's weight struggles and Jack and Rebecca's rocky romance, we're just dying to know more behind-the-scenes facts about the show!

It's no wonder why they're so convincing as a couple on-screen!
But aside from the fact that these stars are like family in real life, we discovered that there are quite a few surprising secrets that most fans probably don't know — like how the series almost had a different name!
