That’s one hot mama!
Nearly six weeks after giving birth to her second child, daughter Brooklyn, on Jan. 5, Vanessa Lachey is back in the gym — and she looks GOOD!
The 34-year-old took to Instagram to flaunt her post-baby body, writing, “Mama’s back!!!! Let’s do this G! @selfdiscipline #HeartAndHustle #HealthyMommyIsHappyMommy.”

While we’re in awe of this mom’s stamina, in the past, Mrs. Nick Lachey has given powerful advice to other new moms about losing the baby weight.
“I gained, I think, 65 pounds when I was pregnant,” she told Huff Post Live months after welcoming her firstborn, son Camden, in September 2012.
“And I will say to moms out there, don’t stress about losing it. It will happen when it happens… It’s not about this ‘get skinny quick’ diet or these fads. Just enjoy being a mom. You’ve just had this wonderful, magical moment, and you shouldn’t be stressing about that kind of stuff.”

Of course, that’s easy for Vanessa to say — considering she’s a superhuman who is back in the gym despite having a two-year-old and a newborn back home. But if you’re really worried, she offered another solution to new moms!
“Spanx are amazing,” she joked at the time. “Thank you to the inventor of that!”
