On Saturday, Feb. 7, Bruce Jenner was involved in a deadly car crash. The accident was reportedly caused when his Cadillac Escalade slammed into a white Lexus, sending the car into oncoming traffic. The female driver behind the Lexus was killed when her car was hit by a Hummer.
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. is now allegedly seeking warrants for both Bruce's phone records and cellphone to determine if he was in fact texting during the time of the horrific car accident, according to 'TMZ.'

It's illegal to text while driving in California — therefore, if Bruce is found to have been texting during the Saturday Malibu car crash, he could possibly be charged with vehicular manslaughter.

Law enforcement sources claim the tires on Bruce’s trailer – which was towing a dune buggy – on the back of his Escalade created substantial skid marks. He allegedly veered to the right, possibly causing the Lexus to go into oncoming traffic – thus killing the driver. 'The Daily Mail' reports the deceased driver is 69-year-old Kim Howe, a neighbor of the Kardashians.
'TMZ's' law enforcement sources also claim cops allegedly didn't check the former Olympian's phone at the scene. They were more concerned about his sobriety. Bruce — who was reportedly not speeding — passed a field sobriety test.
