Something tells us we’re at the beginning of a Macaulay Culkin career renaissance. The former child star is looking healthy and happy these days, rocking a much more clean-cut look than his former frail frame and scraggly hair. And now, he has a new love to boot: Brenda Song!

It’s been awhile since we checked in with the Suite Life of Zack & Cody star, but she’s still been keeping quite busy — both personally and professionally. On the personal front, the Disney Channel alum and Home Alone star have been spotted looking cozy all over Paris since Thanksgiving, recently meeting up with his Macaulay’s goddaughter Paris Jackson for dinner. This trip has many wondering if a proposal isn’t far off for these two.

As for how the 29-year-old beauty met her 37-year-old beau, that’s thanks to the upcoming film ChangeLand, in which both of them have roles. The flick is Seth Green’s directorial debut, and the synopsis is teased as follows: “While visiting Thailand, two estranged friends realize there’s no rule book for finding purpose and meaning in life.” After meeting on the set earlier this summer, Macaulay and Brenda started dating, first getting dinner together in LA in July, and later cuddling up on roller coasters at Knott’s Berry Farm in October.

This is Brenda’s first public romance since her rocky six-year relationship with Miley Cyrus’ brother, Trace Cyrus. Within that drama-filled period, the couple broke up multiple times, and even got engaged at one point — though they ultimately called it off in 2012. There was also buzz about a possible pregnancy and a miscarriage, though Brenda later denied those reports. Trace also responded, claiming she had been the one starting the rumors and lied to their friends and family. Now, it appears like he’s also moved on, as he often posts photos with a new blonde.

Brenda’s acting career is just as busy as her personal life. In addition to the upcoming Changeland, she headlined the Freeform original holiday movie, Angry Angel, which premiered in late November. Her other TV roles of late include NBC’s Superstore and CBS series Pure Genius and Life in Pieces. And as happy as we are that she’s still getting gigs, we have to admit — we’re holding out for a Suite Life reunion. Cole Sprouse just needs to take a brief hiatus from Riverdale and give the people what they want!
