You may remember Kristina Schulman from Nick Viall’s Season 21 of The Bachelor. In case you forgot, the 25-year-old dental hygienist — who is continuing her search for love on the current season of Bachelor in Paradise — was shockingly sent home by Nick, 36, during a trip to Bimini despite their obvious chemistry.
Well, as BIP viewers have witnessed, Kristina has seemingly found her Mr. Right in Dean Unglert, the third runner-up from Rachel Lindsay’s recently wrapped season of The Bachelorette. While we know she has the hots for hunky Dean, 26 — and is ready to fight her co-star Danielle Lombard for him — Life & Style has rounded up several other fun facts about the gorgeous Lexington, KY, native.

She was born in Russia — and adopted by American parents.

In her Bachelor bio, Kristina — who is no longer fluent in Russian — spoke very highly of her adoptive parents, saying that they were the people she admired most. “It takes courage to open your heart and home to four orphans and give them a life otherwise unobtainable,” she wrote, adding that she often wonders what went through her biological mother’s mind when she placed her for adoption. “I’d like to know what she was going through when I was young and if choosing alcohol over kids was worth it.”
She has a passion for fashion.

Kristina is a fashionista and promotes a line of apparel called SheLift — which includes tank tops, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and more — that come emblazoned with the catchphrase: “Maybe You Literally Can Even.” According to the line’s website, SheLift’s main objective is to “[empower] girls to conquer their personal mountains.” Now that’s a message we can get behind.
She is obsessed with working out — and has the body to show for it.

If you scroll through Kristina’s Instagram, you’ll find lots of photos of herself proudly posing after an intense workout class. One of her favorite ways to break a sweat? Soul Cycle. On July 15, she showed off her toned abs in a black sports bra and matching leggings — and let her followers know that the indoor cycling session “kicked [her] ass.”
She has a cute AF dog that we want to steal.
Kristina also loves to post pics of herself and her sweet little pooch, Dixie Ann, whom she calls her “blonde best friend.” If things don’t work out with Dean on BIP, then maybe she can hook up with fellow dog enthusiast Ben Zorn?

Her favorite show to watch? American Ninja Warrior. “I am amazed by what a human body is capable of and it motivates me to work out,” she has said.
