Oh boy. Fans finally got the answer as to whose ex-boyfriend crashes _ The Bachelor_ finale — and it’s none other than Becca Kufrin‘s ex-boyfriend of seven years, Ross JIrgl. However, Bachelor Nation was not prepared for the smokeshow that traveled all the way to Peru to confront Arie Luyendyk Jr. WARNING: MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!

“It’s just kind of blowing my mind that he’s here. It’s f–king upsetting,” the 36-year-old said on the show. “I mean, right now I’m angry. I’m angry that he’s here. And I’ve had my heart ripped open and I don’t know how this is gonna end.” That does not stop Ross from telling Arie his plan to win Becca back. Oh, and did we mention he’s hot AF?

“She’s the love of my life, I want to marry her,” he said on the reality dating competition. “She’s been on my mind every single day for the past year… It’s the only girl of my life, one of my dreams, love of my life, and I came here to get her because she’s the only one for me.” And he was not surprised when Arie admitted he already told her he loved her. “You know how easy it is to fall in love with her because it happened to me on the first date” he added.

Becca, unfortunately, was not won over by his grand gesture and sent Ross packing. “I feel like you live your life like you’re in the movie,” she told her ex. “It’s like you think it’s going to end up like The Notebook… I seriously cannot deal with this right now.” She also called him out for talking to Arie directly. “It’s my relationship,” she added. “This is so, like, you. We have both changed so much. You don’t know who I am anymore. What we had wasn’t healthy for so damn long. I can’t go back to that. I don’t want to go back to that.” Becca’s decision to stick it out for Arie makes what happened to her in the finale even worse.

According to Reality Steve, she accepts a proposal from Arie, BUT the duo apparently calls off their engagement because the former race car driver is now dating his runner-up, Lauren Burnham. In fact, some conspiracy theorists even think Lauren’s pregnant. Wow, that’s a lot to process.

Arie opened up about the incident during a recent interview with Access Hollywood — though he didn’t give specifics. “I don’t know if that’s ever happened… I’m not the fighting type. I’m a lover. You’re just gonna have to watch. It is super intense,” he said. “That’s what made those last few weeks just insane when I think back on it.”

On Sunday night’s Women Tell All special, contestant Caroline Lunny called out Arie for his behavior on the season finale. “So, I mean this whole time you’ve said that you were here because you were trying to find a wife,” she said. “I know what you did, and I don’t know how you could do that. And I just really don’t understand, but I really hope you found what you’re looking for.” Caroline later revealed she said as “much as they would let me” at the time.

In an interview with Access Hollywood following the taping, Caroline explained, “I was heartbroken with the way things went down and I was really upset with him for the way he handled things,” she said. “And like Arie said he had to follow his heart and go with his gut and I don’t disagree with that. I get it… The friend in me needed to be like, ‘Hey, f–k you.’ I needed to say it and I’m just furious, honestly.” She added, “I said to one of the producers that I would like to light him on fire, so I actually didn’t do that. I did it with my words instead.”
