All Cara Duggan wanted to do was buy her cancer-stricken mother a used juicer. But what she got instead was the unbelievable kindness of a stranger.
After Duggan's mother, Kim, was diagnosed with stage 4 oesophageal cancer, the family figured a Nutribullet juicer was the best way to get her high-density nutrition. But because of the $200 price tag, they couldn't afford to buy a new one.

The Northern Ireland resident eventually found a used one online and asked the seller if it could be mailed from London. But after mentioning her mom's illness, the stranger gave her an unexpected gift — he bought her a brand new one!
"Oh my goodness...for anyone doubting that there is good left in the world..." Duggan wrote on Facebook before posting a series of texts between the duo:

The story has since received nearly 3,000 shares, which Duggan describes as "incredible," adding, "his gesture was huge, but it’s had an even greater impact than he could have imagined now it’s gone viral."
Duggan currently has a GoFundMe page set up to help pay for her mom's treatment and update people on her progress.
