Claiming that she was out of options to deal with his behavior, Chiquita wanted to "shock him" by having the police stage an arrest.
The officers showed up at the door, promptly cuffed Sean and perp-walked him down to the cop car, with the boy screaming and crying the whole way.
“It happened so quick he didn't know what to do,” she told 'WRBL.'
After putting him into the back seat, the officers flashed the lights and made the boy think he was being driven off to jail. But instead they stopped and gave him a firm talking to.
"I don't know what they said to him but he came running down the hill, gave me a big hug said, ‘I'm sorry, I'm sorry,'” said Chiquita.
