10 Visionaries Shaping the Future Through Innovation, Leadership and Impact

1. Lil Mo Mozzarella
There was no carefully mapped path from construction sites in New York to a sold out Madison Square Garden. For Mark Brucato, better known as Lil Mo Mozzarella, the rise has been considerably less conventional. The blue collar New Yorker has built his comedy career around the personality, Italian American upbringing, family stories and unmistakable energy that made people pay attention long before the entertainment industry did.
That connection was on full display in August 2026, when Mo made a guest appearance at the sold out Kill Tony show at Madison Square Garden. A familiar face within the show’s orbit, he walked into one of comedy’s biggest rooms with an audience that already knew exactly who he was. When he delivered his signature “HOW YA DOIN?!,” the response from the Garden made his growing popularity difficult to miss.
It was the kind of moment that captured what has separated Mo’s rise from the traditional comedy trajectory. His audience was not built through a major television role or an industry introduction. It grew directly, one fan and one room at a time, turning an online following into something far more consequential for a working comedian: people willing to buy tickets and show up.
That momentum now carries into the Major Problems Tour, launching this fall with dates across the United States and Canada. After selling thousands of tickets and expanding his live business from city to city, Mo is taking the personality audiences discovered online and bringing it into rooms of his own.
The material remains rooted in the life that got him there. Family, fatherhood, mental health, his years in blue collar work and growing up in New York all provide material for a style of comedy that feels closely tied to the person delivering it. The larger the audience becomes, the more Mo has leaned into the experiences that made his voice recognizable in the first place.
That authenticity has also positioned him for opportunities beyond stand up. Acting, producing, television and digital projects are becoming part of a career that is beginning to extend across entertainment without abandoning the comedy at its center.
There is something fitting about the order in which it has happened. Mo did not wait for a network, studio or traditional gatekeeper to establish his relevance. His audience made that decision first.
Now, as the rooms get bigger and the opportunities expand, the rest of the industry is starting to catch up.

2. Nigel Parangan
How do you choose a tattoo you will never regret? Because ink is meant to last a lifetime, selecting the right artist can be just as important as choosing the design itself. “It is a lot like picking out a significant other. Many factors go into figuring out who the right person is for you,” says Nigel Parangan, a premier studio artist at Skin Design Tattoo in Orange County. For Parangan, the decision comes down to trust, comfort and finding someone whose work aligns with your vision. “This is your body after all, and you need someone you trust not to misspell your inspirational quote,” he jokes.
Specializing in fine line, microrealism and black and grey realism, Parangan creates highly detailed compositions that can require as many as 100 hours of work. One of his most meaningful projects was a full back piece built around a Buddha figure and a client’s spiritual journey. Inspired by her commitment to becoming a mother and wife, the composition was designed so the Buddha’s hands would rest across her stomach during pregnancy, with every shadow, undertone and highlight serving a deliberate purpose.
Parangan’s background in science and chemistry continues to shape the way he approaches tattooing. Following an intensive apprenticeship under Robert’s mentorship, he learned to treat skin as a responsive medium that absorbs, swells, heals and reacts differently depending on placement, depth and technique. “Everything circles back to science,” he says. “I never stopped thinking in systems. I only started applying them to skin.” Every project begins with a private consultation in which the story, scale, placement and execution are carefully defined. As Parangan explains, “My process starts long before the needle ever touches skin.”

3. Josh Pele
Josh Pele has redefined modern magic by combining illusion, psychology and genuine human connection. Rather than relying on rigid scripts or predictable routines, he studies the people in front of him, responds to subtle social cues and adjusts each performance in real time. The result is an immersive experience in which audiences become part of the magic, creating moments that feel spontaneous, personal and impossible to reproduce.
His career has grown into an international presence, with performances across Europe, Latin America and destinations around the world. Before visiting a new country, Pele often learns enough of the local language to connect with audiences on a more personal level. That commitment to meaningful interaction has made him a sought after performer for corporate events, executive gatherings and private celebrations, where tailored experiences and genuine engagement matter more than traditional stage spectacle.
At the heart of Pele’s work is a fascination with perception, memory and human behavior. His performances invite audiences to question how they understand what they see and how easily reality can be shaped. His journey from rebuilding his career through street performances to becoming an internationally recognized entertainer reflects resilience, adaptability and constant reinvention. As his presence continues to grow across live events and digital media, Pele is creating something that extends beyond magic, leaving audiences with a lasting sense of curiosity, connection and wonder.

4. Tara Yazdi
As the first Persian woman featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, Tara Yazdi became a powerful symbol of representation for Middle Eastern women. Yet visibility was never the final goal. The milestone became part of a broader mission to challenge how women are seen, heard and understood, while using her platform to elevate stories too often excluded from the conversation.
Before founding Nuravi, Yazdi was a premed student at UCLA who believed becoming a physician was the clearest way to improve women’s health care. That perspective changed after years of unexplained symptoms culminated in a ruptured ovarian cyst while she was in college. Initially discharged from the emergency room with antibiotics and a general diagnosis, she continued demanding answers until further imaging revealed severe internal bleeding and led to emergency surgery. “What stayed with me wasn’t the surgery itself,” she says. “It was realizing I had to fight to be believed. I kept thinking, how many other women are being told they’re fine when they’re not?”
The experience ultimately led Yazdi away from traditional medicine and into technology. She joined an early stage artificial intelligence company in New York, where she became one of its first sales leaders and worked with Fortune 500 companies adopting generative AI. Watching businesses transform scattered data into personalized experiences made her question why health care could not do the same for patients. In 2026, she turned that question into Nuravi, building the platform from the ground up alongside a developer who was also living with PCOS. Today, Nuravi supports more than 2,500 women through personalized symptom tracking, nutrition insights and hormone health guidance. “If technology can personalize the content we consume every day, it should be able to personalize how we care for our health,” Yazdi says. “Women’s health isn’t a niche. It’s half the world’s population.”

5. Francesca Ragona | Bronzed Bodies
Ten years ago, Francesca Ragona created Bronzed Bodies after recognizing a need for exceptional spray tanning on Long Island. Rather than settle for an experience that fell short of her expectations, she became the artist she had been searching for and built a luxury brand around a principle taught to her by her late father: leave people better than you found them. Having lost both of her parents by the age of 15, Francesca developed the resilience, determination and work ethic that would later become the foundation of her success.
Today, Bronzed Bodies is one of the country’s most recognized spray tan brands, with an award winning storefront and consecutive titles as Long Island’s Best Spray Tan Salon. Francesca has built more than a beauty business. She has created a community where clients are welcomed like family and relationships continue through first dates, engagements, weddings, pregnancies, christenings, birthdays and other defining moments. For her, the greatest measure of success is the confidence clients carry with them after they leave, feeling seen, empowered and more like the best version of themselves.
That mission has expanded through The Bronze Print, Francesca’s advanced education program for aspiring and established spray tan artists, and a luxury skincare collection designed to complement and extend tanning results. She has trained more than 50 students from across the country and traveled throughout the United States to educate private salon teams, while the collection’s body oil has become a client favorite that sells out with each restock. As Bronzed Bodies celebrates its tenth anniversary, Francesca remains committed to the philosophy that started it all, proving that pain can become purpose and that a business built with passion, perseverance and genuine care can grow into a lasting legacy.

6. Jillian Sarcona | Suite Skin
For Jillian Sarcona, helping people feel confident has never been simply a career. It has been a calling that transformed passion into purpose and purpose into Suite Skin. Drawing on her experience in both medicine and esthetics, Sarcona founded the practice on the belief that exceptional patient care begins with honesty, education and natural looking results. What started as a boutique cosmetic studio has since grown into one of Long Island’s leading aesthetic and wellness centers, offering cosmetic injectables, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, skincare, IV therapy and recovery services. Every treatment is guided by the same philosophy: patients are treated like family, recommendations are made with integrity and results should enhance natural beauty rather than change it.
The road to building Suite Skin was shaped by some of the most difficult moments of Sarcona’s life. Shortly after opening the practice, she gave birth to her daughter, Piper, at only 26 weeks. Weighing one pound and ten ounces, Piper spent three months in the NICU while Sarcona faced an uncertainty entirely beyond her control. With the unwavering support of her husband, Christian, she turned fear into determination and found purpose in growing Suite Skin during the most challenging chapter of her life. Those months strengthened her as both a mother and a business owner. Today, Piper is a healthy, thriving four year old and a daily reminder that perseverance and resilience can lead to life’s greatest rewards.
Three years after launching Suite Skin, Sarcona purchased a building in her hometown to create a permanent home for the practice. The milestone carried special meaning because it followed in the footsteps of her late father, a successful young entrepreneur who had always inspired her ambition. He passed away unexpectedly just weeks before the signing, transforming what should have been a moment of celebration into one marked by grief. After taking time to heal, Sarcona moved forward with the vision, carrying with her the work ethic and determination he had instilled throughout her life. Today, Suite Skin’s two story Aesthetic and Wellness Center stands as one of Long Island’s leading destinations for aesthetics, wellness and longevity. For Sarcona, success is not measured by the size of the business, but by the lives she has impacted and the confidence she has helped restore. Her story is one of determination, but more importantly, it is one of purpose.

7. Michael Mulé | Lawyer Mike
For more than a decade, Michael Mulé, founder of Mulé Law, has guided clients through complex legal challenges across New York’s legal and business communities. Since launching his practice five years ago, the firm has secured more than $30 million for injured clients while building a growing network of professional athletes, founders, cannabis operators and entrepreneurs working in industries where opportunity and risk often move at the same speed. His practice spans civil litigation, criminal defense, personal injury and business law, with a reputation built around strategic problem solving rather than the traditional law firm model.
At the center of Mulé Law is a proactive and personal approach designed to protect clients early, reduce unnecessary costs, limit exposure and make complicated legal issues easier to understand. “People want to feel heard and know someone is genuinely fighting for them,” Mulé says. Born and raised in New York City, he has spent his entire career working within the city’s legal system. Clients meet the attorney handling their case from the beginning, and the firm remains directly involved through its resolution. For Mulé, that consistency is especially important in a market where some firms operate from outside the state, rarely meet clients in person or refer cases elsewhere.
That accessibility has become central to the firm’s identity, particularly for creatives, athletes and business owners who may find the legal system difficult to navigate. Mulé believes trust is created by making the law clear without minimizing its seriousness, especially in a city where outcomes can depend on timing, judgment and decisive action. “My favorite part is working with people,” he says. “They come to you during some of the hardest moments of their lives, and the most meaningful part of the job is the connection I build with each client.” His ability to understand competing perspectives has shaped the way he approaches both litigation and negotiation. “Helping clients find a path forward and reach a resolution is incredibly rewarding.”

8. Fatima Mehdi | Beauty Lyft
Beauty Lyft MedSpa, known for its growing roster of recognizable clients and distinctive transformations, is driven by cofounder Fatima Mehdi. Her work across branding, patient education and technology is helping reshape the relationship between aesthetics and trust. “We’re not just building a medspa,” Mehdi says. “We’re building a brand that helps patients feel informed, confident and understood.” From digital experiences and educational resources to strategic partnerships, her focus is on making aesthetic care feel more personal, transparent and accessible.
That philosophy was shaped long before Beauty Lyft opened its doors. After a family member suffered a severe burn injury, Mehdi and her mother set out to create a practice that viewed beauty through a broader lens, connecting medicine, recovery, confidence and quality of life. Mehdi’s own experience also reinforced the need for a more thoughtful approach. After developing dark burn marks from laser hair removal, she saw firsthand how easily treatment can go wrong when a provider fails to consider the complexity of an individual’s skin. “We understand our audience because we are our audience,” she says. “We are not just providing a service. We are advocating for the level of care and attention we felt was missing in the aesthetics space.”
At Beauty Lyft, trust begins well before treatment. Each patient’s skin, goals and long term vision are considered through a process guided by practitioners with more than two decades of medical experience. That clinical knowledge is paired with an artistic understanding of balance, proportion and individuality. For Mehdi, successful aesthetic care is never about applying the same solution to everyone. “A successful aesthetic treatment should feel like you, just elevated,” she says. “It is about understanding the skin in front of you and knowing when to proceed, adjust or stop.”

9. Danny Diaz
For many personal injury clients, the legal process begins during one of the most difficult periods of their lives. Medical bills accumulate, employment becomes uncertain and the road ahead can feel overwhelming. Danny J. Diaz, founder of Diaz Law Offices PLLC, has spent the past four years helping clients navigate those challenges, securing more than $10 million in settlements throughout New York. His practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, ceiling collapses, construction and workplace injuries and workers’ compensation matters.
“People want to feel heard and know someone is genuinely fighting for them,” Diaz says. Born and raised in Queens, he has spent his entire career in New York and remains personally involved from the first consultation through the resolution of each case. Clients meet the attorney handling their matter from the beginning, an approach Diaz believes is increasingly important in an industry where some firms operate from outside the state or transfer cases elsewhere. Bilingual and closely connected to New York’s immigrant communities, he works to make the legal process clear and accessible for clients who may otherwise feel overlooked or intimidated by the system.
Raised by two immigrant parents as one of four siblings, Diaz learned early to listen carefully, consider every perspective and look for practical resolutions. His interest in law began young. In his sixth grade yearbook, he wrote that his dream was to become a lawyer so he could help people, before adding a joke about using the money to buy nice things. Nearly two decades later, after beginning his career as a paralegal and graduating from Baruch College and Hofstra Law, that same balance of purpose and personality continues to define his work. “They come to you during some of the hardest moments of their lives,” Diaz says. “The most meaningful part of the job is the connection I build with each client.”

10. Grant Accurso
Grant Accurso’s journey to founding Notorious G has been shaped by discipline, competition and a lifelong commitment to discovering what the body and mind are capable of. He began training at seven years old and carried that passion through Chaminade High School, where he developed the values of integrity, consistency and personal accountability. He later attended Bucknell University after being recruited to row Division I crew, an experience that deepened his understanding of teamwork, endurance and high level performance.
Accurso continued testing himself in some of the most demanding athletic environments. He was selected to become a Navy SEAL officer and attended BUD/S training in Coronado, California. His competitive journey has also included two full Ironman triathlons, three New York City Marathons, two HYROX races and other endurance and functional fitness challenges. Each experience strengthened not only his physical ability, but also the resilience, preparation and mental toughness that now define his approach to coaching.
Through Notorious G, Accurso has created a training environment for everyone from first time athletes to experienced competitors. Whether someone is preparing for a marathon, triathlon, HYROX event, martial arts competition or hybrid fitness challenge, his goal is to help each person build the strength and confidence to push beyond perceived limits. For Accurso, fitness is not simply about completing a workout. It is a mindset that prepares people to face challenges inside and outside the gym. At Notorious G, the mission is simple: put in the work, embrace the grind, and rise stronger.
