Rene Russo: Dairy Farmer (and Now Back on the Hollywood Scene…for Now)
How You Know Her: "Ransom," "Outbreak," "Major League" — just to name a few. She was basically one of the "It" women of the '90s.
What’s She Up to Now?: The now 60-year-old walked away from Tinsel Town after filming "Yours, Mine & Ours" and "Two for the Money" in 2004 and 2005 — and decided to start a dairy company! "I have 40 cows!" she tells Wenn. "It's right outside of Buffalo and I have this friend who used to be a farmer and this incredible chef and he came to Christmas with this amazing milk and yogurt and I said, 'You made this? You could sell this!'"
Rene made her return to films in 2011 when she signed on to play Thor's mom in the superhero flick. She's currently starring alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in "Nightcrawler," but insists she'll leave Hollywood again if nothing else exciting comes her way. "'Nightcrawler' was a killer role," she said. "I could not have said 'no' to this. I don't know if there is another role that I feel excited about doing. I just take it one day at a time. If not, I'll go milk my cows!"

What’s She Up to Now?: These days, 42-year-old Nicole’s traded in her bathing suit for a sweet uniform. The mother-of-two runs an ice cream mobile truck called Scoops [see inset]!

Michael Schoeffling: Woodshop Owner
How You Know Him: Need we even say it? JAKE RYAN in 1984’s Sixteen Candles. We still get shivers down our spine just from writing that beautiful name.
What’s He Up to Now?: We couldn’t find a recent photo of the 53-year-old who’s likely still a babe. Since retiring from Hollywood in 1991, he’s owned a woodworking shop. Jake Ryan building things while sweating. Now there’s a heart-stopping visual.

Mara Wilson: Writer
How You Know Her: “We’re his goddamn kids, too!” The line she so adorably said in 1993’s Mrs. Doubtfire. Mara went on to star in classic ‘90s flicks such as Miracle on 34th Street and Matilda.
What’s She Up to Now?: First of all, she’s 27. Let that sink in for a sec. When you’re done feeling old, you’ll be pleased to know Mara’s happily living in NYC as a writer.

What’s He Up to Now?: Unlike his younger brother Nick (who has no problem dropping his pants these days), Kevin has opted to go a different route. After the group broke up for good last year, the married father-of-one tried his hand at contracting and even appeared on an episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey this season. “Now I’m doing this,” he said about his new passion.

Phoebe Cates: Boutique Shop Owner
How You Know Her: She was every dude’s fantasy after filming that scene in 1982’s Fast Times at Ridgemont High, but we fondly remember her as the one and only Lizzie in Drop Dead Fred nearly 10 years later. Cobwebs!
What’s She Up to Now?: The 51-year-old retired from acting in 1994 in order to raise her children (she has two with her husband, actor Kevin Kline). In 2005, she opened her own boutique, Blue Tree, in NYC.

Charlie Korsmo: Lawyer/Professor/Barack Obama Fave
How You Know Him: After charming the pants off audiences in films like What About Bob? and Hook, he made late 90s teens laugh with his portrayal of nerd-turned-cool-dude-for-a-night, William Lichter, in 1998’s Can’t Hardly Wait. “I have no leeeeeeegs!”
What’s He Up to Now?: The former child star gave up on acting to attend school at MIT in 2000. He graduated with a degree in Physics. Six years later, he received a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School. Today, the 36-year-old’s a professor!
(Fun fact: President Barack Obama nominated for member of the Board of Trustees of the Barry Goldwater Scholarship and Excellence in Education Foundation in May 2011. Not too shabby, Charlie.)

Amanda Bynes: Saying and Doing Questionable Stuff
How You Know Her: Where do we even begin? All That. The Amanda Show. She’s the Man. Sydney White. Easy A.
What’s She Up to Now?: She got herself into a little bit of legal trouble in 2013, but appeared to get her life back on track after she enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising earlier this year. Unfortunately, she was arrested for DUI on Sept. 28, 2014, and is currently roaming around the streets of NYC telling people she’s engaged and “I really do not enjoy driving. I don’t like the way I look in a car. The lighting is very bad.”. So there’s that. Here's hoping for that "comeback."
