American Horror Story star Rose Siggins died Saturday of complications from kidney stone surgery. She was 43 years old.
Siggins, who played Legless Suzi on American Horror Story: Freak Show, died at a Denver hospital. She's survived by two children, 16-year-old son Luke and five-year-old daughter Shelby, and her husband Dave.

Many of her co-stars paid tribute to and mourned her on social media. A GoFundMe page was created to raise money for her children.
"I'm sad to report that Rose has passed away this morning around 7:30am," said the GoFundMe message. "All funds raised will now be directed to final expenses and the continuing support of her children."
Siggins had a rare genetic spinal disorder called Sacral Agenesis since birth, which led to the amputation of both her legs when she was just two. Her trademark was the skateboard she used to get around, since she found prosthetic limbs too painful.

She was a member of the cast of the FX TV show's fourth season; its fifth, American Horror Story: Hotel, just started this fall.
"We are saddened to learn of the passing of Rose Siggins," FX Networks said in a statement. "She was beloved by everyone in the AHS family. She was a kind person, a loving mother and a very talented actor."
