After 15 seasons, American Idol sadly comes to an end on April 7. Rumor has it past judges including Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul will be making an appearance, but we’re most excited to see who will be crowned the winner!
Here’s a quick rundown of the three remaining contestants:
Trent Harmon (Age: 25)
The Mississippi native has been singing since the age of five and had to overcome mononucleosis during Hollywood Week. He’s never been in the Bottom 2.
Top Performances: Sam Smith’s “Lay Me Down” and Elton John’s “Tiny Dancer”
Dalton Rapattoni (Age: 20)
He learned to play guitar at the age of 11 and was later discovered in a national talent search as part of the Disney boy band IM5. The Texas native’s first time in the Bottom 2 was on the March 24 episode.

La’Porsha Renae (Age: 22)
The Mississippi darling, and last female standing, originally tried out for Idol‘s eighth season, but finally found her groove after bringing daughter Nayalee to her audition. Her first time in the Bottom 2 was on the March 31 episode.
