Sorry, Arie! A GOP lawmaker in Minnesota wants Arie Luyendyk Jr. to stay far away from the midwestern state. After the 36-year-old race care driver broke up with fiancée Becca Kufrin during a particularly uncomfortable unedited scene from the Monday, March 5, Season 22 finale of The Bachelor, Minnesota state Rep. Drew Christensen made good on his promise to write a bill banning Arie from visiting Becca’s home state.

“I’m a man of my word — here’s the bill banning Arie,” Christensen, 24, tweeted on Wednesday, March 7, alongside a copy of the document, stating, “The state of Minnesota hereby adopts a policy of zero tolerance of Arie Luyendyk, Jr. from season 22 of The Bachelor. It is state policy that every person in the state has a right to live free from the presence of Arie Luyendyk, Jr. in the state.”

After Monday night’s shocking finale aired, unabashed Bachelor enthusiast Christensen said that he would write the bill if he was retweeted at least 1,000 times — which he surpassed with no problem. He then followed up with another tweet, claiming he will invite Becca, 29, to Minnesota’s State of the State address next week if he is able to get 10,000 retweets.

Becca — who has since been announced as the star of The Bachelorette’s upcoming Season 14 — hasn’t responded to Christensen’s Arie ban or his potential invitation to the State of the State address. However, she has handled Arie’s blindsiding breakup with the utmost class.

The publicist-turned-reality star’s fans sent her $6,000 worth of Venmo donations after watching her go through the painful experience of getting dumped by Arie — who eventually proposed to his runner-up, Lauren Burnham — in front of millions of viewers. Rather than pocket the money, Becca revealed during Tuesday night’s After the Final Rose special that she is donating every single cent to Stand Up to Cancer.

The best part? ABC and Katie Couric are matching her donations. “I knew I liked this girl! Thanks @thebkoof! I just learned that Becca Kufrin is donating $6000 dollars to @SU2C! And thanks to @BachelorABC for matching it! Call me when this is over and I’ll find you a cute guy,” Katie, 61, tweeted on Tuesday. “PS I’m matching Becca’s donation too!”
