Now that Arie Luyendyk Jr. is officially the next Bachelor, it’s safe to say we’re in for a wild — and very sexy — season. According to former Bachelor star Courtney Robertson’s book, I Didn’t Come Here to Make Friends: Confession of a Reality Show Villain, Arie’s bedroom skills are beyond top notch. In the book, the 34-year-old dishes on her steamy relationship with Arie, which took place very shortly after she split from Ben Flajnik who served as the leading man during Season 16.

“We headed into my childhood bedroom, into my canopy bed, for what can only be described as the best sex I’ve ever had,” she writes in the book. “Why was it so good you ask? Arie’s incredibly passionate and utilizes his entire body in his lovemaking. And he knows exactly what positions make a woman feel comfortable and satisfied.”

It’s safe to say the fantasy suite episode is going to be a doozy for Arie, but not everyone from the franchise has been as lucky behind bedroom doors. Former Bachelorette Andi Dorfman, who also wrote a tell-all, says sex with then-contestant Nick Viall in the fantasy suite was the “most cringe-worthy, lady boner-killing, awkward” experience of her life. Looks like Arie should start giving some pointers!

Arie originally competed on Emily Maynard’s season of The Bachelorette where he was nicknamed “The Kissing Bandit” due to their frequent make out sessions. Though the two had an intense physical connection, Emily ultimately gave her final rose to Jef Holm, only to split a few months later. Arie admittedly was heartbroken for quite sometime after Emily let him go but told GMA host Michael Strahan the timing to take on this new opportunity is perfect.

As for what he’s looking for in his future wife? “Independent, strong, but then still gentle. A little mix,” he says. Smooth like butter.
