It's the final…sale! Bachelor star Arie Luyendyk Jr. and his fianceé, Lauren Burnham, have officially bought their first home together. The pair, who got engaged during After the Final Rose, are taking the next steps to move their reality television romance to real life. "Buying a house is obviously another huge step in our relationship, and we are excited to really make this our home," Arie told Us Weekly back in April. "It was built this year and we can't wait to move in!"

Over the weekend, the couple shared a photo standing in front of their new digs. "Officially new home owners!" Arie wrote. "Annnnnd I have blue pants to match our door." The photographer, @ashtynnicolephoto, posted the picture of the couple on her Instagram story as well — and couldn't believe she was able to capture the moment for Arie and Lauren. "Someone freakin' pinch me…getting to hang out with these two was a dream come true!" she wrote. "Thank you x a million @laurenburnham @ariejr."

Arie previously told Us Weekly that he and Lauren looked into buying a house that they would have needed to remodel, but because Lauren was "completely overwhelmed" with the work they would have to put into it, they decided on something newer. As for the home they settled on, Arie said, "From the minute I walked into this house, I had a good feeling."

Not only are Lauren and Arie happy with the purchase, but their pooches are also pumped about it. "Our dogs are very excited," Lauren said. "They are each going to have their own room… I mean it does have four bedrooms. And, a big backyard to run around in, too."

With a new house to build memories in, Arie and Lauren's relationship seems pretty solid — even after her big move across the country from Virginia Beach to Phoenix. "Arizona has been a really easy adjustment for me as I've moved around my whole life," the 25-year-old explained. "I've been making friends and trying to get settled in but we really haven't been here all that long yet. It has been fun exploring the area and Arie is a really good tour guide, so that helps."

Arie and Lauren's romance hasn't always been this easy, though. The 36-year-old former race car driver got down on one knee and proposed to Becca Kufrin. The 36-year-old former race car driver got down on one knee and proposed to Becca Kufrin — who is ABC's newest Bachelorette star — during the Bachelor Season 22 finale. Weeks later, he broke up with Becca only to try and restart his relationship with Lauren, who was the runner-up. And judging by how happy the pair is, it seems like he made the right decision.
