Ariel Winter Goes Braless While Grocery Shopping: See Photos

Taking comfort to the next level! Ariel Winter is all about ensuring she’s comfy while she’s doing errands, and when she went grocery shopping in Studio City on Sunday, January 19, she opted for jeans, a T-shirt and no bra. The 21-year-old often leaves little to the imagination, and we have to stan because who doesn’t love a confident queen?

It’s safe to say Ariel has been feeling extra good about herself ever since she had breast reduction surgery in 2015. The Modern Family actress went under the knife in the first place because of the discomfort she experienced on a day-to-day basis.

“It was so painful. I had a lot of back problems,” she told Glamour in 2015. “I really couldn’t stand up straight for a long period of time. It started to hurt so bad that I couldn’t take the pain. My neck was hurting so bad and I actually had some problems with my spine. I had been discussing my chest with doctors for many years, but when I finally said, ‘I’m thinking of doing this,’ he said, ‘Your back is going to thank you so much.’”

Ariel went from being a size 32F to a 34D, and she couldn’t be happier with the results. “I got it for myself,” she told the outlet at the time. “I can’t even really put it into words about how amazing it feels to really feel right.”

Ariel is feeling better about her mental health, too. “I think it’s really important for kids to take care of themselves and make that a priority,” she told Entertainment Tonight in November 2019. “You can take care of yourself and not be selfish. You can make sure to prioritize how you feel. I think that’s something I [hadn’t done] for a very long time and I’m doing that now and [it] feels great.” We love to see it!
