Azealia Banks Reveals She Suffered a Miscarriage in Quickly Deleted Facebook Post!
Azealia Banks revealed she suffered a miscarriage in an extremely personal Facebook post on Tuesday.
In the message to her fans, which has since been deleted, the 25-year-old rapper opened up about her failed pregnancy.

“So I’ve just had a really major life event happen and I want to talk about it because this wouldn’t be an Azealia Banks page without loads of oversharing right?” she wrote. “Anywho, I’ve just had a miscarriage and am pretty taken aback by it all and really confused and in shock and guilty and a bit depressed and like a failure and very ashamed.”
She continued, “The self-loathing bit is a real struggle for me at the moment so share any words here. They will be greatly appreciated.”
The “212” singer also took the time to shade fellow rapper Nicki Minaj, calling her overweight before bragging about working with her ex-boyfriend Safaree.

“Nicki girl…. now listen. Don’t start throwing shade cause you miss Safaree and know that I’ve actually made a BANGER with him,” she wrote. “Slim down a bit (especially in your neck and arms). Decrease the butt just a bit … and STOP WEARING SPANDEX AS AN OUTFIT FOR F‑‑KS SAKE. Also stop calling yourself the queen of rap.”

Azealia made headlines in October after getting into an altercation with Oscar winner Russell Crowe in a hotel room — and accused the actor of choking her.
“To recap my night, I went to a [party] at Russell crowes suite, at which he called me a n—-r, choked me, threw me out and spat at me,” Azealia posted. “Last night was one of the hardest nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The men in the room allowed it to happen. I feel terrible today.”
Russell was eventually cleared of those charges.
