Earlier this year, the father-of-three completed a 40 day stint in rehab for alcohol addiction and has seemingly been sober ever since.

Considering Ben was spotted smoking a cigarette on Saturday, February 23, we have to wonder if his bad habit has contributed to his weight loss. According to several medical reports, “nicotine in tobacco smoke acts as an appetite suppressant, which is common knowledge among smokers.”

A Dad Without a Dad Bod!

Now that Ben has his drinking under control, it’s possible that’s getting fit to keep up with his three kiddos — Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7. The proud papa has been spending quite a bit of quality time with them since leaving rehab.

Getting Back Into the Biz?

Per IMDb, audiences haven’t seen Ben in a film since Justice League in 2017. Even though he won’t be returning for the sequel this year, he may very well be getting lean for another role.
