The divorce battle between Bethenny Frankel and her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, keeps getting uglier and uglier.
Not only was the Real Housewives of New York star denied sole custody of their five-year-old daughter, Bryn, but according to Radar Online, she has been ordered by the court to pay the pharmaceutical sales executive's legal bills — resulting in $100,000!

And that's on top of the money she's already shelling out to her former beau. She currently pays nearly $12,000 a month in spousal support and $3,000 a month in child support, along with a majority of Bryn's preschool tuition and medical bills.
The judge allegedly came to this decision by stating the father-of-one, who earns roughly $100,000 a year, "lacks sufficient funds of his own to compensate counsel without depleting his assets.”
In other words, Bethenny ... it's time to crack open your Skinnygirl piggy bank.

The 44-year-old said "I do" to Jason in 2010, but they split just two years later. In 2013, she filed for divorce and the couple initially agreed to share custody of Bryn (before Bethenny tried to get sole custody).
Since then, Jason has continued to reside in their luxurious Tribeca loft, much to the dismay of the reality star.
"I'm homeless," she said on an episode of Real Housewives of New York. "I'm totally without a home for over two years. And he lives in the apartment that I worked my whole life to buy. It just doesn't make any sense."
