As we're sure you're aware, Beyoncé officially announced her twins' names on Instagram last week. And while we've only seen one pic of Rumi and Sir Carter, we finally know a little more about the new arrivals: namely, which of the pair will have bragging rights as the older sibling!
According to a birth certificate obtained by TMZ, Rumi was delivered first, with the time of birth for both recorded as 5:13 a.m. on June 13th. The document also confirms that the twins were delivered by Dr. Paul Crane, the OB-GYN of choice for the Kardashian family, who previously worked with both Kourtney and Kim.
While some fans were confused by the caption of Beyoncé's Instagram post, taking it to mean that her son was in fact named "Sir Carter Carter," the singer's mother Tina cleared up rumors on social media, clarifying that the twins will be known as Sir Carter and Rumi Carter respectively. Phew.
Though the power couple seems to be doing well now, this happiness came after a major rough patch. Life & Style exclusively revealed that JAY-Z went through intense counseling in order to save his marriage.
"JAY had felt that if he hid his secrets, it almost meant he'd done nothing wrong. But Beyoncé knew all along. It became a shadow over their relationship," an insider said. "This forgiveness thing wasn't a cakewalk by any means. JAY had a lot of work to do, including counseling and family therapy."
