Despite only being able to film for half of the 10-hour shoot due to her illness, Big Ang’s spirits were high as she greeted co-stars Renee Graziano and Karen Gravano.

Filmed as a tribute to the reality show that aired for six seasons, the 55-year-old recounted how she felt when she was first asked to join the cast.

“I was like, ‘I can’t do that, I can’t talk in front of people, I’m nervous,'” she said with a smile on her face.
