While reports of infidelity are nothing new when it comes to Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, most have targeted The Voice judge as being the root of the problem.

But in a new TMZ report, sources say Blake filed for divorce two weeks ago because he believed his wife had cheated after hearing rumors she had hooked up with not one but TWO guys, including country singer Chris Young.

Chris opened for Miranda, 31, a few years ago, but he is not the reason behind the power couple’s split, sources say. It was another mystery man, who isn’t a musician.

A source tells Page Six that differing opinions about kids also contributed to the breakup. “[Blake] is eager to have children, but she really enjoys not being tied down. I think they both were off on what the time frame would be,” said one insider.

The duo’s divorce may come as a surprise to some, but according to various sources, the pair’s romance has been on the rocks for quite some time.

As Life & Style reported two years ago, Blake, 39, was allegedly involved in an inappropriate relationship with up-and-coming singer Cady Groves in 2011, causing serious strain on his marriage.

“Since the Cady scandal, they’ve done a lot to work on their relationship,” an insider told the mag at the time. “But Miranda knows she can’t change Blake. Being a flirt is in his DNA.”
