Josh Duhamel takes his shirt off in his new movie — but it's still not enough to get the ladies going!

According to a new survey, IMAX found that most men and women would rather spend their evening with Bruce Willis over the hunky Josh. Their flicks, A Good Day to Die Hard and Safe Haven, respectively, go head-to-head at the box office today, Valentine's Day.

Among more than 2,000 U.S. adults (18+) took the survey earlier this month, with 68 percent claiming they'd rather see the action film over the new lovey-dovey thriller based off Nicholas Sparks' best-selling book of the same name.

Though Bruce, 57, won the battle, additional findings did show that women are more likely to choose Josh than men (40 percent vs. 13 percent) — go figure. Safe Haven also stars Ryan Seacrest's gal pal, Julianne Hough, opposite Josh.

"I had a little say about all the girls that came in for the part," Fergie's hubby says. "I read with them, and there were a lot of good ones, but there's something accessible about Julianne. She seemed like she would be open to whatever the script called for."
