People need to start taking sun damage seriously! Caitlyn Jenner issued a stern warning to all of her fans on March 20, alongside a photo of her nose looking scarred and bloodied after removing sun damage on her face. The effects seem super painful, and she wants to make sure none of her supporters ever have to go through it themselves.

"I recently had to get some sun damage removed from my nose," she wrote alongside the photo. "PSA: always wear your sunblock!" She doesn't say if the sun damage was benign like a sunspot she had removed for cosmetic reasons, or something more serious like melanoma. Two days later she wrote, "Hair looking great thanks to @rosy_bliss. Nose is not, but healing well!" We're glad she got it taken care of and is feeling better!

It makes sense that Cait spent a little too much time in the sun. As a former Olympic athlete, she spent countless hours running outside, and even later her hobbies included lounging at the beach and flying mini-helicopters outdoors.

However, you'd think she would have learned from Khloé Kardashian's scary experience with skin cancer. "There was one mole I had on my back that was skin cancer," she revealed on her website in 2016. "I had 8 inches of skin removed. It was definitely painful because it was a lot of skin, but most of the time, the removals haven’t been that bad."

She's been preaching about the importance of sunscreen for years! “I also wear sunscreen every day, especially on my hands," she wrote. "Hands are always out in the sun, so they age the most. I keep extra sunscreen in the glove boxes of all of my cars in case I forget. When the sun hits my hands while I’m driving, it reminds me to slather more on!!!" Take notes, Cait!
